Already in 2011, Ingenious bought 1.6 hectare agricultural grounds of the family of the former owner, to be used for the expansion of Bennekom. Because of the crisis in those years, the development was at a stand-still, until in 2020 the three joint landowners in this part of Bennekom-Oost came together to create area development. At this moment, the municipal counsel of Ede has established the frameworks for the development of Bennekom Oost and, under the guidance of Ingenious, about 250 houses are being developed. An information evening, open for all people in the village and in the surroundings, has taken place and it seems that the people are supportive to develop the plan further.
