In the redevelopment area ‘Pionierkwartier’ where the original factory of ‘Roosvisee’ was situated, Ingenious started a new trend by being the first to create a building intended for housing that has a remarkable shape. The development was established because of an immediate demand for the relocation of the physiotherapy practise that was situated at this area in one of the dilapidated buildings. Ingenious made a plan for this practise and in order to make it affordable, we combined it with apartments.
Ingenious laid the foundation from which this plan arose, by properly dealing with the demand for housing. Ingenious has taken care of creating the practice space of about 600 m².
