We are active landowner of the area near the central station in Hoofddorp, within the large-scale area development ‘Stationskwartier’ were 15,000 houses have to be built, and therefore we have talked to the project agency to contribute our knowledge and to thus make a contribution to this new future proof area. Because of our position, we expect to be able to contribute to improving the accessibility and the traffic from the central station. We also hope to be able to contribute to building 100 houses. Part of these houses will be used for social housing, houses for the cheap segment and houses for the middle segment.
