In cooperation with our subsidiary ‘Tomorrow’, Ingenious bought the area on which a listed small church is located, in 2018. The plan was to keep the historical church and to transform it, surrounded by new houses in a ‘court-like’ structure. Ingenious succeeded in this plan. The plan consists of 16 newly built houses and 7 houses with a leisure space in the church. The inhabitants are clients of ‘Stichting Reinaerde’. ‘Tomorrow’ is in charge of the restoration of the former church and she is in charge of its administration.
