This magnificent nationally listed building dates back to about 1775 and is also known as the former Mill museum of the ‘Zaanse Molen’. Ingenious was able to purchase this property because her subsidiary bought an old corn mill in Veenendaal, earlier on that year. The fact that this old corn mill allegedly was once located in the Zaanstreek was the link to the ‘Vereniging De Zaanse Molen’.
After Ingenious had presented her vision on the old Mill museum, the purchase happened swiftly. Ingenious transformed this unique property that is located near the park, in cooperation with ‘Monumentenzorg’, into 5 luxurious houses, while maintaining its character and atmosphere.
