Kasjmir is an exclusive wool of the fabric industry. The name of this project therefore already somewhat gives away the style of this prominent building in centre plan ‘Brouwerspoort’ in Veenendaal. The building will be the centre of attention of ‘Brouwerspoort’ because of its bended shape and height of almost 30 metres. Because it is constructed with high value materials and high value architecture, it will not go unnoticed.
The building consists of 35 apartments, but that is not all. The building offers space at the ground floor for the new entrance with the style of the current shopping centre ‘Corridor’, so this area will gain even more quality. ‘Kasjmir’ will be built simultaneously with ‘Demin’, and the houses will also have a common heat and cold generation installations.
