LMN

‘LMN’ is the second subproject in a line of developments in the large-scale centre area ‘Brouwerspoort’ in Veenendaal and it was completed in 2021. This was plan was designed in the same structure as the typical canal-side houses, and consists of high value materials and details. ‘LMN’ is, just like most buildings of ‘Brouwerspoort’ that Ingenious has developed, designed by ‘Mies Architectuur’. This project consists of 46 rented apartments of the non-subsidized housing sector, some of which even have a surface area of 120 square metres. Below them are three commercial spaces and the municipality will built a guarded bicycle park there.

This development was built simultaneously with the very exclusive subproject ‘Aan het Stadsstrand’ (‘at the city beach’) situated immediately next to it, which was also developed by Ingenious. It is a challenge to build on the limited space in a functioning shopping centre, but building two subprojects simultaneously with different contractors is quite something else. However, as has been proven before, Ingenious can handle this perfectly well.
