A plot, proverbially neither fish nor flesh of about 4,000 square metres, but nevertheless a place that the municipality of Rhenen would like to have improved: what to do about that? This is just the kind of project for Ingenious, for when things get complicated and when creativity is required, we become very enthusiastic. In 2018, Ingenious bought this plot and mid 2019 the municipality of Rhenen agreed to cooperate on the development of a small-scale housing project with a varied housing offer that matches the housing vision of the municipality of Rhenen. This also provides for social housing. Currently, neighbourhood participation has taken place and the positive input from this has been processed. The coming months will be all about the zoning plan revision and the sale is expected mid spring 2023.
