Part of the large-scale area development Valley Center is ‘Valley Center West’. This is a special project that Ingenious won in 2016 via the tender by the municipality of Ede. It is situated at an absolute A1 location, near the motorway A12. The project consists of an office space and practice space, 24 rented apartments, 43 care apartments for health care institution ‘De Gelderhorst’ and with beautiful bar/restaurants as an addition to the ‘Pathé’ cinema that includes a ‘Shabu Shabu Experience’ and a restaurant called ‘De Beren’. Furthermore, a large-scale car park was built, which area falls under the administration of Ingenious.
