Vendelier

In 2017, Ingenious was able to purchase the plot ‘De Vendel’ at the industrial area of Veenendaal. This plot was up for sale and had been lying fallow for more than 20 years at that moment. ‘De Vendel’ is situated immediately near the exit of the motorway A12, and has its own and direct exit from the ring road West. This is an A1 location with space for development of high value office space. When purchasing this plot, Ingenious did not know yet that 4 years later her own ultra-modern and BREEAM Excellent certified head offices would be situated at this prominent location.

Ingenious built these office villas under exclusive architecture of Marco Veldhuizen, using the best materials, such as Accoya wood and ‘Petersen Tegle’ bricks. The office villa situated at ‘De Vendelier’ side of the plot is used by Moore MTH accountants and marketing and by communication firm EF2. The front of the building of Ingenious determines the street view.

The head offices of Ingenious are 100% energy neutral, because of the use of more than 120 solar panels and a ground-coupled heat exchanger with and is completely ‘smart’ because of a ‘Domotica’ control system and smart lift. This multifunctional office building has everything you need, even a gym for the staff.
