In the middle of the province of Utrecht, lies the small town Odijk; part of the municipality Bunnik. This is a rural place to live, with a lot of nature, meadows, river ‘De Kromme’ and the Rhine and history right around the corner. There are easily accessible exits, there is public transport and you can reach Utrecht, Driebergen or Houten within 20 minutes.
These 4 spacious detached houses are built on a quiet, cul-de-sac at the ‘Wilgenkamp’, where company buildings used to be. The houses all have an annex of 2.40 metres at the ground floor. Therefore there is a lot of space and one can choose to have a spacious kitchen with French windows leading to the garden.
For project ‘Wilgenkamp’ sustainable materials were used and the heat installation was built future proof. The houses of project ‘Wilgenkamp’ are built without gas and have a ground-coupled heat exchanger with ground switches, to generate heat in the winter, and refrigeration in summer.
